A few quick checks will help you find the right accessories. Start with your brand.
Look for the model name or model number, rather than the serial number (S/N). Your robot and its dock may have different labels.
Dreame: the original box has a product label with the model number. Check the device label too, and keep the complete name, including words such as Ultra or Pro.
Roborock: check the robot's own label, then use the box or manual for the full model name. A dock model or serial number alone does not identify which robot accessories fit.
Eufy: look for the product number (PN), often a code starting with T, on the robot's body label. Keep both this code and the model name if you can. The S/N is a different number.
ECOVACS: look for the full DEEBOT model name on the box or manual. Depending on the model, the device label may be underneath the robot or inside the dustbin compartment.

Check your device or app
If your vacuum uses an app, open its device page and look for product or device information. A nickname such as “Living room” is not the model name.
-
Read the product label
Switch the device off before handling it. Follow its manual to locate the label, often on the body or underneath. Look for “Model” or “Product number”.
-
Double-check the full name
Use the original box, manual or purchase receipt to confirm it. Keep suffixes such as Pro, Max, Ultra and Plus: similar names do not guarantee the same fit.
Before you orderCompare your full model with the product's compatibility details, then check the selected kit and photos. Search results are suggestions, not a compatibility confirmation.
